THE Prizes and Betting Secretariat (SPA) of the Ministry of Finance, published this Tuesday (28), in the Official Gazette of the Union, the SPA/MF Ordinance No. 2,429which authorizes the company Digiplus Brazil Interactive Ltda, to change the brands previously established by Ordinance No. 2,099, of December 30, 2024.
The new rule, signed by the Secretary of Prizes and Bets, Regis Dudena, updates the registration of brands based on information from SIGAP process nº 0041/2024.
With the change, the company was authorized to suppress the Gameplus brand, operating from the publication of the measure, the brands with names Arenaplus and Bingoplus. Previously, on August 12th, the company had already been authorized to change its brands, adding the Gameplus and Bingoplus brands to its license.
The update follows the provisions of Law No. 13,756/2018 and Law No. 14,790/2023, which regulate the operation of fixed-odd betting and other lottery modalities in the country.
