THE Lottopar formalized, this Wednesday (19), the accreditation of the company Legitimuz to provide identification and verification services for bettors at authorized dealer establishments in the state. The signing of the contract was carried out by Lottopar’s Director of Operations, Fábio Veiga, and the company’s president, Kayky Janiszewski.
With accreditation, Legitimuz joins the list of companies qualified to provide Know Your Customer (KYC) technology — a system that allows personal data to be validated and ensure that only real people have access to bets, preventing fraud, money laundering and other illicit activities.
The event was also attended by Lottopar’s Administrative-Financial Director, Rogério Nogueira, and technical advisors Juliana Shikasho and Amanda Hellen. Veiga highlighted that the new partnership strengthens the authority’s commitment to integrity and security in the betting sector. “The expansion of verification services strengthens the work we carry out in Paraná. Our commitment is to ensure reliable processes for bettors and dealers, continually raising the sector’s security standard”, stated the director.
For Legitimuz, accreditation represents an important milestone in the expansion of its operations. “This accreditation is important for us because Paraná is a growing state and we believe in Lottopar’s serious work”, declared Kayky Janiszewski.
