SPA opens public consultation to define regulatory agenda for 2026-2027

THE Prizes and Betting Secretariat (SPA) of the Ministry of Finance opened, this Monday (1st), a public consultation to receive contributions and information that will guide the preparation of the department’s Regulatory Agenda for the biennium 2026-2027. THE public consultation SPA/MF No. 3/2025 was published in the Official Gazette of the Union this Monday.

The participation period runs until January 14, 2026, totaling 45 days. Any natural or legal person can send suggestions through the Brasil Participativo Portal, using the link “Public Consultation: Regulatory Agenda of the Prizes and Betting Secretariat for the 2026-2027 biennium”.

After the end of the consultation, the statements sent will be analyzed by the SPA, as established by Decree No. 12,002, of April 22, 2024. The objective is to guarantee transparency and social participation in defining the regulatory priorities of the prizes and betting sector in the coming years.
