The State Department of Finance (Sefaz-RN) published the Payment Means Notice for the accreditation of companies that will work on processing and electronic payment solutions for the RN State Lottery. The initiative is another step in the structuring of the project, which seeks to operate within current financial and regulatory standards.
The initiative is in regulatory compliance and meets the requirements of the Central Bank (BACEN), ensuring that the entire State Lottery operation is structured in accordance with current financial standards.
According to Sefaz-RN, the notice aims to guarantee security in transactions, reliability in the transfer of prizes and transparency in the lottery’s financial operations. The coordinator of the State Lottery, Juciely Lima, stated that the accreditation of payment methods “will guarantee greater security for bets, reliability in the transfer of prizes and more transparency in financial delivery”.
Public Call No. 002/2025 provides for the accreditation of companies providing electronic payment services, in accordance with Federal Law No. 14,133/2021, state laws and decrees, in addition to Central Bank resolutions.
Interested companies can send documentation between November 24th and December 5th, 2025, through the Electronic Information System (SEI), available on the website www.portalsei.rn.gov.br.
