FPF and Rivalo announce the largest collective sponsorship in the history of Brazilian football

A historic milestone in Brazilian football

The São Paulo Football Federation (FPF) and the Rivaloone of the pioneering brands in sports betting in Latin America, announced an agreement that promises to revolutionize the Brazilian football scene. This is the largest collective sponsorship ever recorded in the country, consolidating Rivalo as the main supporter of sport in the state of São Paulo and one of the largest investors in Brazil.

This historic agreement comprises a comprehensive package that includes everything from advertising boards at Paulistão A1 games to naming rights for the A2, A3, A4 and Copa Paulista divisions. Furthermore, the Rivalo brand will be printed on Capivariano’s shirt in the A1 series and on 45 of the 48 teams participating in the other four competitions in 2026. With this, Rivalo will become the biggest sponsor of Brazilian football, supporting a total of 46 teams.

Strengthening São Paulo football

The initiative not only marks a new chapter in sports sponsorship, but also guarantees a new source of annual revenue for clubs, strengthening the state football chain. The FPF played a crucial role in offering the benefit to the clubs, acting as a link between the sponsor and the associations. This collective, transparent and innovative model promises to redefine the concept of sports sponsorship in Brazil.

Reinaldo Carneiro Bastos, president of FPFhighlighted the importance of the project: ‘This project will redefine the concept of sports sponsorship in Brazil. In addition to being innovative, the agreement with Rivalo enhances strategic pillars of football in São Paulo’. The expectation is that this partnership will bring a significant impact not only in financial terms, but also on the sporting development of the clubs involved.

Commitment to Brazilian football

For Rivalo, this agreement is more than a financial investment; It is a long-term commitment to Brazilian football, especially football in São Paulo, which has historically been one of the country’s main talent pools. Daniel Eskinazi, General Director of Rivalo, highlighted the importance of this support: ‘São Paulo football is one of the foundations of Brazilian football. It’s where many talents, stories and passions emerge that then take over the world’.

Rivalo is committed to the development of sport in a broad, responsible and sustainable way, supporting from the base to the top of the pyramid. Eskinazi compared the magnitude of the project to supporting an entire World Cup, highlighting the value of the collective and the strengthening of clubs as fundamental pillars of this partnership.

Start of sponsorships and future expectations

The sponsorship kickoff is scheduled for Paulistão’s debut, on January 10th, with Capivariano. The Paulistão A2 Rivalo will start on January 11th. This start promises to be just the beginning of a journey that aims not only to strengthen the financial strength of the clubs, but also to develop talent and promote football in São Paulo on a national and international scale.

With a unique and unprecedented model, where a single brand simultaneously sponsors 46 clubs and five competitions, the agreement between FPF and the Rivalo represents significant extra revenue for clubs. This innovative concept has growth potential for the coming seasons, opening up new possibilities for Brazilian football.

Being the main partner of the São Paulo Football Federation and being present in almost all clubs in these competitions is comparable, in scale, to supporting an entire World Cup. It is a project that values the collective, strengthens the clubs and reaffirms our purpose of investing in football that forms athletes, fans and stories.
