The Ministry of Finance, through Prizes and Betting Secretariat (SPA/MF), published in the Official Gazette of the Union this Wednesday (14), the Ordinance No. 92/2026which authorizes the company BB Gaming Ltda to explore the lottery modality of fixed-odd betting in the country.
According to the document, the authorization is valid until January 13, 2031 and allows the company to operate under the BRA brand (bra.bet.br), covering the sports-themed and online gaming segments, virtually.
The ordinance was signed by the Secretary of Prizes and Bets of the Ministry of Finance, based on Laws nº 13,756/2018 and nº 14,790/2023, which regulate the fixed odds betting market in Brazil, in addition to the complementary rules published by the Secretariat itself.
With the publication, BB Gaming joins the group of companies formally authorized to operate in the sports betting and online gaming sector. The authorization is linked to the SIGAP administrative process nº 0210/2024.
