THE Paraná State Lottery (Lottopar) participates in ICE Barcelona 2026, the world’s main technology and business fair in the gaming and betting sector, held between January 19th and 21st, in Spain. The technical director, Rafael Halila Neves, participated in an international panel on responsible gaming, regulatory integrity and the use of technology to protect bettors.
The administrative-financial director, Rogério Cesar Nogueira, fulfills an institutional agenda focused on partnerships with international operators and regulators, in search of technological solutions and best practices for the sector.
In this edition, the event features Casa Brasil, a space that brings together representatives of the Brazilian market and government, and marks the fair’s growth of more than 40% since its move to Barcelona in 2025.
Lottopar highlighted that participation in ICE Barcelona 2026 contributes to regulatory improvement and strengthening partnerships, reinforcing Paraná’s presence on the international scene in the gaming and betting sector.
“The active presence at ICE Barcelona 2026 reaffirms the municipality’s commitment to responsible gambling, the integrity of operations and the attraction of solutions that positively impact the economy and public policies of the State”, highlighted the municipality from Paraná.
