Lottopar announces ombudsman actions in 2025

THE Lottopar announced this Tuesday (27), that its ombudsman’s office recorded 25 manifestations throughout 2025, including requests, complaints, complaints, compliments and suggestions. According to the authority, all demands were analyzed and responded to within the legal deadline.

The data is part of the annual report of the Internal Control, Compliance and Ombudsman Unit (UCCO), responsible for coordinating integrity, transparency and internal control actions within Lottopar. The document follows the guidelines of the State Comptroller General (CGE) and Normative Instructions No. 01/2025 and No. 02/2025, which establish standards for monitoring and executing work plans.

During the period, UCCO carried out actions set out in the Integrity Plan, focusing on identifying and mitigating institutional risks. The unit also began a new phase of reassessing internal controls, seeking to improve prevention measures and strengthen Lottopar’s integrity environment.

With the end of the 2025 cycle, the municipality begins to prepare the 2026 Annual Work Plan, which will define the guidelines for the next actions, aligned with good public governance and compliance practices.

According to Lottopar, the results achieved reflect the technical support and institutional partnership with CGE, which has contributed to the qualification of the technical staff and the strengthening of preventive audits in the body.
