MSPT heads to JACK Cleveland this week for the Ohio Poker State Championship

Season 17 of Poker Major Series: The Tour (MSPT) will continue this week, from February 10th to 16th, at JACK Cleveland Casino with the Ohio State Poker Championship.

The parade features six Gold Card events, including Tag Team, Seniors, PLO, NLH Monster Stack and a special $400 President’s Day tournament with a $50K GTD buy-in.

However, the fundamental tournament is the $1,110 MSPT Ohio State Poker Championshipwhich has a $750,000 guarantee. This tournament will begin on Day 1A at 3:15 pm local time on Thursday, February 12th. Players will start with 30,000 chips, play 40-minute levels, and late registration will remain open until just after midnight.

Day 1B will take place at 12:15pm on Friday, February 13th (registration open until 9:40pm) with Day 1C at the same time on Saturday, February 14th. Surviving players from all three flights will be combined at 11:15am on Sunday, February 15th for Day 2 action to come up with a winner.

What else is coming?

Just after Cleveland, the MSPT will head to Milwaukee’s Potawatomi Casino for the Club Poker Championship from February 17-22. This tournament has a $1,000,000 guarantee and is expected to attract thousands of players from across the Midwest.

After that, it’s the MSPT Festival at the Grand Falls Casino in Larchwood, Iowa – which is just outside of Sioux Falls, South Dakota – March 11-15, followed by the MSPT Festival at Iowa’s Riverside Casino, March 17-22.

Finally, March will end with the MSPT Missouri Poker State Championship at Ameristar Casino St. Charles in St. Louis.

For every side event with a buy-in of $200 or more, the MSPT has introduced coveted Gold Cards.

MSPT Gold Cards are awarded to winners of MSPT Series events. These cards are highly coveted by poker players and represent a significant achievement in the world of poker, representing skill and success.

The first Gold Card won will be the personalized Ace of Spades, the second will be the 2 of Swords, the third will be the 3 of Swords, and so on. After win 13, the next suit will be presented.
