Prohards moves forward to operate Lotesul and offers transfers above the minimum required

THE Prohards Commerce, Development and Services in Information Technology was called for the second round of bidding that will define the operator of the Mato Grosso do Sul State Lottery (Lotesul). The company presented transfer of 36.11% of revenue to the governmentmore than double the minimum required in the notice (16.17%). The official call should appear in the next few days in the state’s Official Electronic Gazette.

The São Paulo company takes on the next stage after the disqualification of Lottopro Betting Games and Lottery Management LTDAwhich did not pass the proof of concept because it did not present the electronic regulation safea mandatory item in the notice.
