THE World Lottery Association (WLA), in partnership with DigitalRGwill hold the webinar WLA Level 4: What Auditors Want? on the day February 27thto the 12pm (GMT-3). The event is focused on Responsible Gaming Level 4 requirementsthe highest level of the WLA framework, and is especially relevant for lottery and iGaming operators in Latin America.

THE Level 4 requires operators to prove continuous improvement and full integration of ethical principles across the entire operation — from product to marketing to player protection and governance. For lotteries in the region, reaching this level works as seal of trust and sustainability.


What Auditors Really Charge

The opening will be done by Luca Esposito Poleo (executive director of WLA), with the participation of two reference auditors in the sector:

  • Mike Randall – pioneer of the WLA Responsible Gaming framework and former chair of the Independent Assessment Panel.
  • Sarah Ramanauskas – partner of Gambling Integrity and co-founder of Game Safety Institutewith experience in audits and iCAP.

They will practically address:

  • How to identify and close hidden “gaps” that hinder certification.
