THE Prizes and Betting Secretariat (SPA) published, this Tuesday (23), four ordinances in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) with changes to company registrations and granting authorization to explore fixed-odd betting.
SPA updated the company APOSTA GANHA LOTERIAS LTDA, through the Ordinance No. 807/2026 add the “RECEBA” mark to its licensed brands. As of publication, the brand will appear next to “APOSTA GANHA”, authorized previously established in Ordinance SPA/MF nº 251, of February 7, 2025.
The Ordinances No. 799/2026 and No. 798/2026 They deal with the same company, which has two licenses to operate in Brazil. Both promote the updating of the company name, which becomes A2FBR SA, according to updated data in the secretariat’s administrative processes.
Operation Authorization
THE Ordinance No. 797/2026 authorizes the company BPX BETS SPORTS GROUP LTDA to explore the lottery modality of fixed odds betting. The operation is planned for the sports-themed and online gaming segments, with operations in virtual and physical environments.
According to the text, the company will be able to operate under the brands “Vaidabet”, “Betpix365” and “Obabet”. The authorization is valid until December 31, 2029 and replaces a previous permission, published in March 2025.
According to the SPA, the ordinances follow the rules established by Laws No. 13,756/2018 and No. 14,790/2023, which structure the regulation of the betting market in Brazil.
