THE Prizes and Betting Secretariat published in this Thursday’s edition (16) of the Official Gazette of the Union the SPA/MF Ordinance No. 1,030/2026which changes the authorization granted to Track Gaming Brasil Ltda., allowing the operation of a new betting brand.
According to the ordinance, the company will now operate the BETWARRIOR and DR brands. BINGO, based on updated information contained in SIGAP process nº 0049/2024. Previously, the operator was authorized to operate only under the BETWARRIOR brand.
The change modifies Ordinance SPA/MF nº 470, of March 10, 2025, which had granted initial authorization for the company to operate in the Brazilian betting market.
The decision was signed by the substitute secretary of the Prizes and Betting Secretariat and is based on the provisions of Law No. 13,756 of 2018 and Law No. 14,790 of 2023, which structure the regulated sports betting and online gaming market in the country.
