The new Minister of Finance, Dario Durigan, announced this Monday (23) the new members of the department’s team, including the implementation of Daniele Correa Cardoso in charge of the Prizes and Betting Secretariat (SPA).
Until then substitute secretary, Correa now holds the position permanently after the departure of Régis Dudena, who assumed the Secretariat of Economic Reforms of the same ministerial portfolio, on February 9th.
The announcement was made together with other names that now make up the economic team at social network. “I am happy to share news in the Ministry of Finance team. Rogério Ceron will be the new executive secretary. I trust in his ability to deliver, and I highlight that his work leading the Treasury was fundamental in moving forward with our agenda in recent years.”, he began.
“As deputy executive secretary, Úrsula Peres, professor at USP and specialist in public policies, will take over. At the National Treasury, Daniel Leal will take over. Fábio Terra will be my chief of staff and Flavia Renó, special advisor; Mathias Alencastro at SAIN; and Daniele Cardoso at SPA”, he announced.
In another statement, the minister highlighted the team’s profile. “No one does anything alone. We are a serious, united and technical Ministry. Women and men committed to making a difference every day, working for the prosperity of Brazilian families.”
Before taking charge of the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets (SPA), Daniele Correa Cardoso built his academic training in the legal field. She has a degree in Law from the State University of Feira de Santana (BA) and has a specialization in State Law, focusing on the public sector and state regulation.
At SPA, she has been part of the structure since the creation of the body, initially occupying the position of general coordinator of Responsible Gaming and, later, the role of deputy secretary. During this period, he participated directly in the formulation of regulatory policies and the implementation of betting market rules, accumulating technical experience in the area before taking charge of the secretariat.
