The RNGX Group, owner of Ana Gaming, responsible for online betting platforms 7KCassino Bet and Vera Bet, is negotiating the acquisition of new assets in the betting sector. According to a report in O Globo’s Capital column, the company is finalizing negotiations for the purchase of the Donald Bet and Bet Ponto Bet platforms, currently managed by Open Gaming.
According to the publication, the companies have already requested authorization from the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade), which has not yet completed its analysis of the operation. The RNGX Group also owns Cactus Gaming, a technology company that provides solutions aimed at the iGaming market.
Also according to the report, Crescit Multi Investments & Aviation Solutions Ltda. holds controlling interest in Open Gaming SA Other holding companies and individuals also participate in the sale of shares in the business. Among them is K Pontes Ltda., of which Kleryston Pontes Silveira, a businessman in the music sector in Fortaleza and artist agent, is a partner.
Cade published in the Official Gazette of the Union this Monday (30) the NOTICE No. 203/2026, which makes public the request for acquisition of control involving RNGX Holding de Participações Ltda., Open Gaming SA, Bet Participações SA and SJP Triad SA The operation is related to the gambling and betting exploration sector and marks the beginning of the competition body’s analysis of the possible purchase of the Donald Bet and Bet Ponto Bet platforms by the RNGX Group.
